1. Introduction

Welcome to Party Tales (registered name - NS.Balloons), a provider of balloon decorations and other event décor services. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Services Offered

We offer the following products and services:

• Air and helium-filled balloons

• Balloon sets and customized designs

• Balloon arches and installations

• Event décor design, including photo zones

• Rental and installation of event décor items

 

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or email. Ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid delays.

• Payment must be made in full before the delivery or installation of any products or services unless agreed otherwise. For custom orders, a deposit may be required.

 

4. Delivery and Installation

• We deliver to canton Zug, Schwyz, Luzern and Zurich area. We offer free delivery for orders above CHF 100 within 20km from the town of Zug and there is an additional charge for deliveries outside of this radius.

• Installation services must be scheduled in advance. Ensure the venue is accessible and ready for installation at the agreed time.

• Delays caused by inaccessible venues or incorrect information provided by the client may result in additional charges.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or installation for a full refund.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

• Refunds will not be provided for completed installations or delivered products.

 

6. Rental Items

• Rental items must be returned or collected in the same condition as provided. Damaged or missing items will incur additional charges.

• Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns may result in additional fees.

• Items can be returned by the client or collected by us, as agreed upon at the time of rental.

 

7. Product Care and Replacement Policy

Party Tales is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We take great care to ensure every order meets our exacting standards, and all items leave us in perfect condition. Please note the following policies:

1. If balloons are damaged during transport, we will replace the affected items as quickly as possible or offer a refund for the damaged products.

2. Party Tales is not responsible for balloon orders after they have been successfully delivered unless an immediate complaint is registered by the recipient upon delivery.

3. We do not provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges for items damaged after delivery due to improper care or unfavorable environmental conditions.

4. In rare circumstances where a substitution becomes necessary, Party Tales will reach out to you with options for one or more items of equal or higher value. If prior contact is not possible, we will provide a suitable replacement that maintains the original style, theme, and color scheme of your order.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the venue is suitable for the installation of balloons and decor.

• Once balloons and decor are delivered or installed, customers assume responsibility for their care.

• Balloons are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and physical handling. We are not liable for damages after delivery or installation.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect personal information (e.g., name, phone number, email) solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing services.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

 

10. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, or venue restrictions.

• We do not guarantee the lifespan of balloons after delivery or installation, as environmental factors may affect their durability.

 

11. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

 

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
